Taking the cue from the historic architectural features in To Kwa Wan, cement walls with a geometric pattern which used to give a glimpse of natural daylight and ventilation in every old building. We wanted to create a diverse light and shadow translated across the interior through a metal window frame and door partitions to bridge the flow of indoor and outdoor from the very first light in the morning and the last before sundown. Various greenery has been planted to connect the exterior walls, entrance lobby, elevators, and clubhouse, We aimed to show the blend of nature, culture, and architecture in every bespoke detail inside.
